The initial consultation is a time for us to discuss your requirements and to see if you feel we are the right company for your project. At this time we will discuss your ideas and concepts and our experience and capabilities to deliver what you require. During the meeting you will be given the opportunity to ask any questions, or ask for clarification of anything that has been discussed.
Again, this will depend on your brief and site constraints. Some works are permissible under ‘exempt’ or ‘complying’ development which mean council approvals are not required. We can advise during our initial meeting and follow up discussions what your options are in relation to approvals.
This is always the hardest question to answer, as our fees are tailored to meet your specific project brief and the services you require. We prefer to work under a percentage fee of the agreed construction budget, however can tailor lump sum fees to meet your needs.
